DIY Finger Paints It’s simple, quick, and the kids can help. We made this a couple of weeks ago after the kids found it on pinterest, yes they love pinterest! What you need 3 tbs sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup cornstarch 2 cups water 1 small sauce pan Food coloring Mix the ingredients in a small saucepan. Let thicken and stir occasionally. It takes about 8 and a 1/2 minutes for it to begin to look like flubber. (You know the little green thing in the Disney movie with Robin Williams? Only this should not be green, if so you’ve done something wrong or you just created something really fun. However you want to look at that situation.) The ingredients make about 3 small containers worth. Spoon the mixture into the containers and add your desired choice of food coloring, stir and wala you are done. Happy Painting! Here we go

I’ve tired this blog thing a couple of times, but never stuck with it. I never really wrote or posted things that were really going on in my own life so maybe if I do it’ll work better? I guess I’ll find out.

The name is Hannah. I’m a poor, ALMOST college graduate (one semester away), soon to be married (2 months and 3 days!!!!), Jesus loving, nanny.

Ever seen the movie The Nanny Diaries or the show Beverly Hill Nannies? That’s basically my life just some major differences. I get to go home at 5 and I work for great people who love their kids.

That’s pretty much all you need to know.

I’m going to post about me and my two favorite elementary students and my favorite middle schooler and what we do together. The good, the bad, the fun, the ugly. And maybe other fun things happening in my life. You know wedding, school, life, ect.
